Tiffany Hampton brings over 28 years of real estate expertise to Southern Maine buyers and sellers. Tiffany earned her broker's license in 2004 and holds seven professional designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Social Media Marketing Institute Designation (CSM), REO Default Certified Professional (RDCpro), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Efficiency Maine Real Estate Specialist. She was featured on the cover of Certified Residential Specialist magazine in 2012.
Her leadership experience includes building the Technology and Productivity Coaching departments at Keller Williams Realty and managing systems for multiple real estate offices. She has supported over 1,000 real estate transactions through agent training and development. This background gives her unique insight into market trends, transaction management, and what it takes to close deals successfully.
Based in York County, Tiffany serves the Southern Maine market with a problem solving approach and commitment to results. She completed twelve Dale Carnegie courses and stays current on market trends, technology, and buyer preferences.
Tiffany has served her community through volunteer work with organizations including Saco Economic Development Committee, Biddeford-Saco Buy Local Campaign, and Think Local USA. She participates in missions to Nicaragua and served as Secretary for the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and Board of Director for the Maine Association of Realtors. She is serving on the Coaches Leadership Council for MAPS Coaching.
